Delete your game account and data

You can request deletion in BackToEarth or contact Ratman Studio AB without access to the app.

From the game

  1. Open Settings → Account & Privacy.
  2. Select Delete Game Account & Data.
  3. Read the warning and select Permanently Delete to confirm your request.

Deletion permanently removes your BackToEarth progress, items and unused in-game coins and gems. Request submission is not confirmation that every online service has completed deletion; follow the request status.

Without access to the app

Email backtoearth@ratmanstudio.com with the subject BackToEarth data deletion request. Include your game player ID if you have it, and tell us whether you want your game account, optional reporting data or all associated data reviewed for deletion. If you do not know your player ID, explain that and we will help identify the relevant records.

We may need proportionate information to verify the request. Never send passwords, sign-in tokens or full payment-card details. Do not send identity documents unless we explain a necessary, secure verification step.

What the request covers

Game-account deletion concerns your BackToEarth identity, linked cloud saves, player-related leaderboard entries and relevant reward-delivery records. Specific transaction or request records may need to be retained for legal obligations or a dispute. We explain any exception and its retention period or criteria when handling your request.

Optional Analytics has a separate control: Settings → Optional Reporting → Request Analytics Deletion. That control addresses the installation's Analytics identity; contact us about reports from other devices or a wider request.

Uninstalling the game, signing out or unlinking an account does not by itself erase data held online. Deleting your BackToEarth profile does not delete your wider Unity Player Account, Apple account or Google account. Use Unity's Player Account deletion page for that separate Unity account.

For GDPR requests, we normally respond within one month and explain any permitted extension within that month. Read our privacy policy for provider information, retention criteria and your rights.
